Step 1

Heat a can of Willy Nacho Chili con carne in a saucepan.

Step 2

Cook the rice according to the package and cut the spring onion into rings.

Step 3

Garnish the chile con carne with the spring onion and Mexican Mix and serve with tortilla chips & rice.
