The classic hot dog from Germany, made big in America. Not a standard mustard & sauerkraut but a Mexican variation to lick your fingers when you’re finished. With a crunch of tortilla chips and a mix of cilantro, onion, bell pepper & jalapeño.

What to do / como trabajo:

Step 1

Dice the jalapeños, bell pepper, tomato and red onion. Finely chop the cilantro and mix the vegetables together.

Step 2

Bake the hot dog until done and bake the bun in the oven. Top the bun with the iceberg lettuce first, then place the hot dog inside.

Step 3

Pipe the Classic salsa over the hot dog and top with the vegetable mix. Crumble the tortilla chips into a crunch and spread them over the sandwich.

Step 4

Then pipe the Luchador Chipotle in dots on the bun. Serve with additional Classic salsa and the remaining vegetable mix, if desired.
