You know the feeling. Watching your food and exercising a lot, but still craving a tasty snack. Normally nachos are not wise then, but with this recipe you can easily add nachos to your fitlife. In case you are not dieting, feel free to add the Willy Nacho Cheese dip to this dish!

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. Willy Nacho Tortilla chips Salted
  • 200 gr. Smoked salmon (in pieces)
  • 80 gr. Green asparagus (in pieces)
  • 80 gr. Cucumber (peeled, in small cubes)
  • 100 gr. Greek yogurt 0% fat
  • 1 Tsp. dill (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 avocado (halved, pitted and diced)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Pickled red onion*

  • 120 ml. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1 Red onion (halved, in thin rings)

What to do / como trabajo:

Step 1

Spread the tortilla chips on a plate and top with the pieces of smoked salmon & green asparagus.

Step 2

Mix the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic & dill together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Spread the yogurt sauce over the nachos and top with the avocado and pickled red onion!

Pickled red onion

Put the vinegar, sugar and salt in a weck jar. Close the jar and shake until the salt and sugar are dissolved. Add the onion, close the jar and shake again. Allow the jar to stand at room temperature for 1 hour before use. Place it in the refrigerator until use, up to 1 week.
