Flavors from Asian cuisine incorporated into a serving of nachos: doesn’t that sound good? Taste the combination of soy, ginger, cilantro and papaya with Tortilla chips and Chili sin carne!

Ingredients

Thai dressing*

  • 40 gr. Soy sauce
  • 10 gr. Vegan fish sauce
  • 4 gr. Ginger root (finely chopped)
  • 120 gr. Sunflower Oil
  • 4 gr. Red pepper (chopped finely)
  • 20 gr. Brown sugar
  • 10 gr. Lime juice

Supplies

  • Trays
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Oven resistant dish
  • Greaseproof paper

What to do / como trabajo:

Step 1

Place greaseproof paper in an oven-proof dish and spread the tortilla chips over the paper. Spread the chile sin carne over the tortilla chips.

Step 2

Spread the red bell pepper strands over the baking dish and then sprinkle the Gouda Flavor all over the salsa.

Step 3

Place the nachos in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the dish from the oven and garnish with the chopped papaya, cucumber, rings of spring onion, cilantro and sesame seeds. Drizzle the Thai dressing and Creamy over the nachos and serve extra on the side.

Thai dressing

Prepare the Thai dressing by gently mixing the soy sauce, vegan fish sauce, sunflower oil, chopped ginger root, chopped red pepper, brown sugar and lime juice.
