Layer upon layer of goodies! The nacho casserole with chile con carne, peppers & shredded cheese. Topped off with the sweet and sour Mexican vegetable mix. Serve with a bowl of sour cream and a bowl of Classic salsa for dipping!
Sauté the coriander seeds, ground cumin seeds and garlic in a pan. Then add a can of Willy Nacho Chili con carne and the corn kernels.
Prepare the baking dish by spreading it layer by layer. Start with a layer of tortilla chips, and on top of that comes the bell pepper and then some grated cheese. Repeat one more time. Then spread one more layer of tortilla chips on top.
Then spread the chile con carne over the tortilla chips, spread some more grated cheese on top and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the dish from the oven when the cheese is well melted and top the casserole with the sweet and sour Mexican mix. Serve with sour cream and Classic salsa for dipping!
