A healthy meal on the table with stuffed peppers from the oven. Stuffed with Chili sin carne and a roasted Padron pepper to finish it off! Serve with a fresh salad on the side.

What to do / como trabajo:


Step 1

Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place the peppers in the baking dish and fill with the chile sin carne. Spread the grated cheese on top and put the dish in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the El Diablo red hot sauce to serve with it. Meanwhile, roast the Padron peppers.

Step 3

Make the side salad by combining the iceberg lettuce, red onion, carrot, cucumber and radish together in a bowl.

Step 4

Serve the peppers with the Padron peppers on top. Add the salad and cream dip and enjoy!
