Nachos with pineapple? Yes indeed! In Mexico, they use pineapple juice to marinate meat and fill tacos with a few pieces of pineapple against the heat and for flavor. They use this in taquerias and it is sold at the El Pastor. Should you ever find yourself in Mexico, we definitely recommend this! They are best at the authentic taquerias with the red plastic chairs.

What to do / como trabajo:

Step 1

On low heat, heat the chile sin carne in the saucepan.

Step 2

Combine the white onion, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl.

Step 3

Holding the Willy Nacho Salted bag horizontally, cut off the top two corners. Further cut open the top of bag to create a completely open side. Fold the bottom two points of the bag of tortilla chips inward. This allows the bag to stay put.

Using a wooden spoon, spread the Willy Nacho Chili sin carne over the tortilla chips. Sprinkle the onion/coriander mixture over the salsa. Draw stripes with the Willy Nacho Luchador Chipotle sauce and top with the Mexican Mix, small cubes of pineapple and cress.
