Nachos with pineapple? Yes indeed! In Mexico, they use pineapple juice to marinate meat and fill tacos with a few pieces of pineapple against the heat and for flavor. They use this in taquerias and it is sold at the El Pastor. Should you ever find yourself in Mexico, we definitely recommend this! They are best at the authentic taquerias with the red plastic chairs.
