Step 1

Put the avocado, yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, cumin and El Diablo Red Hot sauce in a food processor & blend! Season with salt and pepper if necessary.

Step 2

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the chips in an oven-proof dish. Divide the crayfish and chorizo among the nachos and top with the Willy Nacho Cheese dip. Bake for about 6 minutes.

Step 3

Draw stripes with the avocado cream and garnish with the Mexican mix. Top with parsley.
